This is a work-in-person job in the Cape Town City Centre.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

The responsibilities and duties will vary depending on the company you are matched with. However, these are some examples of duties that are typical for a customer service representative:

  • Responding to customers' queries on live chat.
  • Reply to customers by email.
  • Answering phone calls from customers.
  • Finding solutions to customers' problems.
  • Communicating with team members to ensure the best possible customer service for each client.

Requirements/Skills

Essential:

  • Fluent English (Written and Verbal).
  • Computer literate including using (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email).
  • Flexible to work US Timezone hours for 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
  • Highly motivated, career-focused professional.

Desirable:

  • 1+ Years of Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience using a customer support ticketing system.

Salary

  • Salary of R12000-R18000 per month depending on experience.
