Requirements/Skills
Essential:
- Fluent English (Written and Verbal).
- Computer literate including using (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email).
- Flexible to work US Timezone hours for 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Highly motivated, career-focused professional.
Desirable:
- 1+ Years of Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience using a customer support ticketing system.
Salary
- Salary of R12000-R18000 per month depending on experience.
